Emano is bent on promoting the Kagay-an Resort in sitio Taguanao, barangay Indahag as a major tourist attraction not only for tourists coming from different parts of the country but for the city residents more importantly.The Kagay-an Resort opens at 7:00 o'clock in the morning to 6:00 o'clock in the evening and imposes an entrance fee of P5.00 for guests 8 years old and above and P2.00 for children seven years old and below. The city government-owned resort boasts of a 1,900 square meters swimming pool for adults and another 1,100 square meters kiddie pool plus newly-built function rooms, cottages and picnic huts. Initially, the resort is open on Saturdays and Sundays while the resort management is still finalizing a system that would ensure the safety and protection of the resort goers. (CIO)
