One Voice Takes on Cagayan de Oro

One Voice lead convenor and former Comelec Chairman Christian Monsod was in town Thursday to give a talk on Charter change issues. One Voice opposes Charter change via People's Initiative and Constitutional Assembly. Unlike other anti Charter-change groups, however, One Voice supports Charter Change after the 2007 elections--via Constitutional Convention.
