A showdown of Chinese masterly arts slated. The world renowned premiere national cultural group from the People's Republic of China composed of authentic shaolin monks, cultural dancers, musicians, contortionists, stunts, and other uniquely skilled performers, are set to perform live at the Atrium of Limketkai Center 7pm on October 4th, 2006.Especially selected from all over mainland China by the Ministry of Culture in Beijing, this group is the first ever to visit our city since 1987 when a small team of acrobats took center stage at the Oloy Roa Coliseum almost 20 years ago.Mr. Greg Marten Lao, the president of the Filipino-Chinese Amity Club of this city said the Group's Art Director Madame Chen Alilian, is a member of Chinese Political Consultative Committee, the vice-president of Chinese Dancers Association, and a well-known master of dancing.
