Temporarily??? so that means after the fiesta CDO street will be crowded with those people??? why not make a solutions to stop this and give this people shelter and works to do... then if they still go back to this things they wanted to do then... it is better to jail them... mas ok yun kasi pinapakain pa rin sila...
