Of Traffic and Vendors. (Top) Traffic is now getting better at the Carmen intersection, a choke for several routes connecting the sub-urban west to the downtown. (Bottom) City Hall has enforced measures to curb traffic jam, such as cracking down on side-walk vendors, as shown by the disappearnce of permanently-constructed structures previously lining the walls of City Central School.
